I *had* to hit Marsh up tonight after work as this is the end of their sale ad and I wanted to take advantage of the $1.99 water and the 4/$10 Coke products. Yeah...add in the milk I bought and nine of the 11 items I bought were liquid. Once again - I'm glad for my pantry!
Tonight's purchases (in two orders since the water was limit two):
2 24pk Marsh water bottles was $7.98 for $3.98
2 12pk Sprite and 2 12pk Coke Zero was $19.96 for $10.00
1 pk Perdue split breasts (last one in the case!) was $4.75 for $1.40
1/2lb sliced deli turkey was $3.70 for $3.17
1 Bluebunny fudge bar was $4.49 for $2.24
Before card (no coupons) my total should have been $41.58 but I paid only $21.49, saving 49%. Total items purchased was nine, making it $2.39 per item.
The second purchase:
2 24 pk Marsh water bottles was $7.98 for $3.98
1 gallon Marsh milk was $2.69 for $2.39
Before card (again no coupons) my total should have been $10.67 but I paid only $6.37, saving 40%. Total items purchased was three, making it $3.56 per item.
AND at the bottom of my receipt - in 2010 I have saved $183.35...woohoo!
