Do you "CVS"?

You know...take complete advantage of their Extra Care Buck (ECBs) system to get lots of free stuff and never have to pay for items like toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, shaving cream, etc?  Did you know that you could use ECBs to get free stuff like that? 

I like to follow i heart cvs to keep on top of the upcoming sales ads (you can usually find them a week or two out so you know what coupons to keep for upcoming sales) and to make sure I'm maximizing my ECBs the best I can.

There are a few websites out there that blog about CVS as well - a few I've mentioned (Money Saving Mom and Bargain Briana) as well as some others like Keeping the Kingdom First who offers $5 CVS Challenges weekly to help you get great deals and maximize the ECBs you earn.
